Cancellation Policy

At Coastal Bath & Shower we know that things come up and may change your plans for your project. This is our Cancellation Policy:

• Homeowners and customers who have contracted with Coastal Bath & Shower and paid a deposit to schedule project dates may cancel within 72 hours for a full refund and no penalty.

• Projects with paid deposits and cancelled within 7 days will receive a full refund within 15 days of the cancellation notice, less $250 cancellation fee.

• Projects with paid deposits that are cancelled after 7 days will result in a six-month credit for the total value of the deposit paid.

• Projects with paid deposits that are cancelled without cause or notice within 24 hours of the scheduled start date will forfeit any deposit paid and no refund will be issued.

• We are not responsible for delays or changes to the schedule due to inclement weather or traffic.
